What is an ISO week?
ISO 8601 weeks begin on Monday. The first ISO week of a year is the week that contains that year's first Thursday, which is the same as the week containing January 4. Because of this rule, the last few days of December or the first few days of January can belong to a neighbouring week-year — for example, they might be numbered as week 52, 53, or week 1 of the adjacent year. A year has either 52 or 53 ISO weeks.
What is a YYDDD date?
YYDDD is an ordinal-date format written as the last two digits of the year followed by the three-digit day of the year. For example, 26223 = 2026, day 223. It's widely used as a compact date code in manufacturing, logistics, food production, and other operations where a short numeric stamp is handy. It is not the same as the astronomical Julian Date, so this site labels it plainly as YYDDD rather than calling the day-of-year a "Julian date."
